Warmly invites you to our Knowledge Series
Singapore-Sino Cross-border Investment Opportunities:
Unlocking the Potential of Tech Investment
Synopsis
Interest in tech start-ups amongst business families has increased recently as these technologies present opportunities for strategic growth and investment. For many start-ups, their primary goals are to gain market traction, talent, and production capabilities. With its immense market size, talent pool, and investment capital, China presents many opportunities for start-ups to scale up rapidly.
In this Knowledge Series, we explore how Singapore tech start-ups can unlock opportunities in China to scale up and compete in international markets through live case discussions of tech start-ups venturing into China. In addition, with the strong reverse flow of Chinese investment coming to Singapore - both as an attractive investment destination and using it as a springboard to enter SE Asia markets, the session will also provide insights on cross-border investments
Please join Professor Emeritus Annie Koh, Professor Kenneth Goh, and our guests - Mr Bernard Teo, Consultant of China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Group Co., Ltd. (CSSD); Mr Loh Wai Keong, former Managing Director and Region Head for Asia (Real Estate) in GIC, and the founders of ProfilePrint, Mr Alan Lai, and Willowmore, Mr Joseph Tey, as we expound on this topic.
