Speaking after the Shaw Foundation Distinguished Speaker lecture given by Mr Joel Stern on the subject of corporate governance and accountability to stakeholders, SMU Associate Professor Annie Koh, commented on how boards require diversity and need to consist of members from various specialist backgrounds.
